Pipe and drape options for your event
Our published rental catalog includes complete drape runs, individual fabric panels and supporting hardware. Availability, colors and ordering options depend on the event and the time you place your order.
3-foot and 8-foot drape runs
Use shorter runs for booth side rails and boundaries, or 8-foot runs for booth backwalls and room dividers. Our drape-run sets include bases, uprights, crossbars and drape, with quantities measured by linear foot.
Banjo and velour drape
Choose from our banjo and velour drape offerings. Banjo drape has an open weave with a slight sheen; its product listing identifies the fabric as inherently flame resistant. Ask us to confirm the fabric and documentation required by your venue.
Panel heights and hardware
Our banjo panel catalog lists 3-, 8-, 10-, 12-, 14-, 16- and 18-foot options, plus a side-rail panel. Taller fabric requires a compatible support system; request a quote so we can confirm the complete setup for your space.
Our hardware catalog includes 3-foot uprights, 8-foot uprights and 6–10-foot adjustable crossbars.
Custom booth drape colors
For participating events, customize an existing 8-foot booth backwall and optional 3-foot side drapes using available banjo colors. This service includes installation and removal within the booth’s existing pipe-and-drape layout. Additional walls, taller drape and specialty fabrics need a separate quote.

Pipe and drape rental questions
How much does pipe and drape rental cost?
The quote depends on the height, total run length, fabric, event dates and service requirements. Our drape-run products are measured per linear foot. Published catalog prices can be event-specific and may change after ordering deadlines, so confirm your event or request a custom quote for the applicable total.
Do I need individual panels or a complete drape run?
A complete run includes the supporting bases, uprights, crossbars and drape. Individual panels are fabric components. If you are starting with an empty space, share your layout so we can confirm the complete equipment you need.
Can you change my booth’s drape color?
Yes, where the participating event offers our Custom Booth Drape Color service. It covers an existing 8-foot backwall and optional 3-foot side drapes, including installation and removal. Colors are subject to availability; a different layout or specialty fabric requires a separate quote.
Do you serve Austin if you are based in Kyle?
Yes. A Perfect Star is based at 204 Greenfield Road in Kyle and serves Austin, San Marcos and the Central Texas region. Include your venue address when requesting a quote so we can confirm arrangements for your event.
How far ahead should I book?
Contact us as soon as you have your venue and dates. This gives us time to review availability, the layout and your event’s ordering deadlines. Final colors, equipment and service arrangements should be confirmed with our team.
