1. Services Provided
- Event Exhibitors may browse, select, and rent items (e.g., furniture, equipment, supplies) for specific events. Exhibitors may also add their own shipments to the cart and upload return labels after checkout.
- Event Hosts may request quotes for their entire event using our request form.
- The site also provides informational pages such as About and a Contact form for general inquiries.
2. Account & Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to place orders.
- You are responsible for ensuring your account details (including payment information and contact details) are accurate and kept up to date.
- If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Payments & Card Storage
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- By completing a purchase, you expressly authorize A Perfect Star to:
- Store your payment method on file with Stripe.
- Charge your card for the initial rental order.
- Charge your card at any later date for adjustments, added items, damage/loss fees, or other event-related charges.
- A confirmation email will be sent for each charge.
- You may remove your saved card at any time through My Account.
4. Additional Charges
- In addition to the initial rental price, you may be charged for:
- Adjustments to your order (added or swapped rentals).
- Damages, loss, or failure to return items.
- Cleaning, late return, or other applicable service fees.
- Charges will be based on fair replacement costs or service fees as determined by A Perfect Star.
5. Quotes & Estimates
- Quotes provided to event hosts are estimates only.
- Final charges may differ depending on changes to event requirements, item availability, or condition of returned rentals.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation policies, including eligibility for refunds, are at the discretion of A Perfect Star.
7. User Responsibilities
- You agree to use the website and rental services lawfully and in good faith.
- You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Misuse or damage rental items.
- Attempt to interfere with or misuse the website.
8. Liability & Disclaimers
- A Perfect Star is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost profits or business interruptions).
- Our liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for the rental(s) in question.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.
9. Privacy & Data
- Payment information is stored and processed by Stripe, not by A Perfect Star directly.
- We will never share your personal or payment information except as necessary to provide services or comply with legal requirements.
10. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
- Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
